  • Can you waive my deductable?

The deductible cannot be waived per Illinois law. Work not completed may offset it.

  • If I find a contractor to do the work for less than the insurance company agreed to pay, can I keep some of the money?

You will still need to pay the deductible; the insurance company will pay the lesser amount. You will, however, get the best product and warranty with The Roofing Guys.

  • What can be expected on installment day?

Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.
  • What does the roof installation process look like?

The roofing crew will ensure the property is prepared for the project by arriving early in the morning. To ensure the accuracy of the project, the project manager will also be there.

  • Do I need to be home while my roof is installed?

You don't need to be there, but we do need you to set up a time to meet with the project manager and agree on the quality at completion.

  • Is it necessary for me to get multiple quotes when my insurance provider advises it?

No, this isn't necessary. Insurance companies use this tactic as a way to slow the process. A professional should advise you on the correct process.

  • Will The Roofing Guys work directly with my insurance company and the adjuster?

With your blessing, we will work directly with your insurance company.

  • I did not get all the money up front due to depreciation. What is depreciation?

Based on the age of your roof, some money may be withheld. Most policies pay the depreciation after repairs are completed.
